Sirmoore fashion film (trailer)

Sirmoore collection F/W 2020 has an icon as the initial and central point of its inspiration: the English actor Sir Roger George Moore. The inspiration touches the most important points of the rise of the actor’s career: starting from the sixties with the series “The Saint”, thus taking inspiration from the character of Simon Templar, always depicted in formal dress passing successively to the eccentricity of the 70s lines, inspired by the character of Lord Brett Sinclair in the series from the early 70s “ The Persuaders” up to the icon's peak period, the interpretation of James Bond in the 007 sagas. This last imaginary, that of the spy secret agent, always characterized by avant-garde material, technical fabrics such as nylon and neoprene but also that imaginary composed by gadgets are transfigured in the collection with automatic buttons, holsters and quilted bibs protections has allowed creating a contrast with the more traditional inspiration of the characters described above. The union between these characters, various locations, television series and inspirations gave birth to “Sirmoore”. The volumes present a contrast between them: the lean lines of the’70s heyday are contrasted by much more comfy shapes inspired by 90s Tom Ford reinterpretations of the same. Also, the choice of materials is crucial to add a twist and modernize the style of the collection combining technical fabrics and haberdasheries ( nylon, neoprene, automatic buttons, military belts) to the much traditional ones keeping faith in the period in which the collection is inspired by.
