Mauricio T. Valle is a Mexican filmmaker and actor. He began his career in 2004 in telenovelas such as La heredera (2004), Contrato de amor (2008), and Secretos de familia (2013). In 2013, he made his debut as a producer, screenwriter, and director with the drama-comedy film Sobre ella, a story where the characters face the uncertain path their lives take after a murder, starring Aislinn Derbez, Patricia Garza, Juan Pablo Medina, and José María Torre. The following year, in addition to being a producer, screenwriter, and director, Valle starred in a passionate love story in Daniela los martes (2014) alongside Paola Nuñez. In 2019, he was the associate producer of Gabriela Calvache’s dramatic thriller La mala noche (2019), and he produced, wrote, and directed Como si fuera la primera vez (2019), the Mexican version of 50 First Dates (2004), originally directed by Peter Segal and starring Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore. This remake, under Valle's direction, will star Vadhir Derbez and Ximena Romo.
