Born and raised in China, Angie Su spreads her wings to explore diversity and possibility of storytelling across the globe. After receiving her master degree in Film from Art Center College of Design, she starts her career as a commercial director since 2016.
Su is a writer, director and food stylist and her work is very much a collection and reflection of this hybridity. Her work spans across commercials, branded contents, and narrative shorts. From her lens, the world is a big fun kitchen, where she distills common elements and human stories from daily life and “cook” you a visual feast with her unique spice of boldness, imagination, and emotions. You would immediately recognize it is a film by Angie Su within a single frame.
