Olivia Doyon

Student and Boston-based filmmaker, playing with super 8 and 16mm color & black and white film. When not killing brain cells hand-processing color chemicals in a dark room, she is spending meticulous time on long-forgotten methods of optical printing, or creating new worlds through After-Effects compositions. Focusing on stories that only film enables us to tell, and trying to pry open the endless curiosity of digital that we as a society have yet to explore. Primarily focusing on film for women, of women, by women.
