The TINCON is the festival for digital youth culture, which has been taking place by, for and with young people since 2016 in Berlin and since 2017 also in Hamburg.

For young people between the ages of 13 and 21, the TINCON is a forum in which everything revolves around the themes of culture, technology & games, education & science, YouTube culture, code, music & lifestyle, politics & society, all in one protected environment Framework in which adults have no access. In various formats, such as talks, workshops, Q & As, DIY formats and in gaming areas, actors from the youth cultural scene also address these issues, as do the young people themselves, who have been offered their own place of work since 2017 with the U21 stage. The U21 stage is organized, recorded and curated by young people with the support of the TINCON team.
