The Swagabonds is the first fashion brand designed in collaboration with Artists from Skid Row. Skid Row contains one of the largest stable populations of homeless people in the United States. While Skid Row is doubtless a hard place to live, it is nonetheless a community, where moments of light and humor often emerge from the darkness. It’s a village where you wave at someone at every corner, where people call out to each other, where people look out for each other. It’s this chaotic fraternity that few people know about.
We’ll hear from founders Gigi Freyeisen and Audrey d'Erneville about their mission to discover awesome talents while helping them rise above their circumstances through art and fashion.
